At Binge Vibe, we understand that plans can change. Here's our transparent refunds policy to ensure a smooth experience.
Cancel 3+ Days Before Event
If you cancel your booking more than 3 days in advance of your scheduled event, you will receive a 100% refund.
Cancel 1-3 Days Before
If you cancel within 1-3 days of your scheduled event, you will receive a 50% refund of your booking amount.
Payment Processing Time
Refunds will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 4-5 business days.
Within 24 Hours
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled event.
